Ensures grounds are maintained, including repairs for, and not limited to: electrical (replacing light bulbs), plumbing repairs (leaks, unclogging toilets, and urinals, and making necessary repairs to fixtures), and HVAC (ensuring comfort), exterior and interior cleaning of the campus/facility (touch up painting, minor repairs, etc.), playground inspections and clearing of debris pick up trash around grounds. Regularly conducts quality checks and facilities walkthroughs and outlines action steps to address issues by checking classrooms, restrooms, hallways, and offices to make sure trash is taken out, sinks are clean, carpet, if applicable, is vacuumed properly, and restrooms are clean and disinfected completely.
