2 to 5 years Industrial or facility maintenance experience required2 to 5 years' Experience in a lead, senior technician, or supervisor/coordinator role strongly preferredProven ability to lead a team, set expectations, and hold team members accountable while remaining hands-onStrong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skillsExperience in managing capital projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution, strongly preferred.
