The Maintenance Manager plans, prioritizes, trains, supervises and reviews the work of staff responsible forperforming maintenance services inclusive of the full range of custodial duties related to the exterior care, maintenance, and cleaning of buildings and facilities. Performs a variety of skilled work in the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of resort buildings and units, including carpentry, plumbing, filter maintenance, and light fixture maintenance.
