The students will assist with the intake of Seniors’ artwork and promotional materials for Senior Show, catalog the received student exhibition materials on Google Spreadsheets, transfer artwork and exhibition materials from the Illustration Office to Kellen Gallery, prepare artwork and materials for installation, assist with the installation of artwork, exhibition materials, promotional cards, labels, statements, and exhibition signage to the walls, create and print promotions, posters and flyers for the exhibition, set up the catering for the opening reception and assist with the de-installation of artwork and other exhibition materials. In addition, students must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail; be able to carefully transport and handle artwork and materials; print posters; be familiar with Google Spreadsheets; and communicate responsibly with Professors Jordin Isip and Rodger Stevens, the Senior Show Coordinators.
