Execute investment banking assignments across corporate finance products and transaction types for energy and climate technology clients, including equity and debt financings (bank debt, loans, and capital markets transactions) and M&A advisory engagements, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, restructurings, refinancings, and recapitalizations. Support an integrated coverage model, partnering with product and regional teams to advise clients on a broad range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, debt and equity financings, and restructurings, to help clients achieve strategic and financial objectives.
