The Facilities and Equipment Maintenance performs day-to-day activities involving the maintenance of the Oxford Distribution center equipment and machinery, including, but not limited to, HVAC, electrical systems, conveyors, forklifts, security and overall facility appearance. Maintain function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by performing preventive maintenance program; operating and testing systems and equipment; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts.

We value work-life balance and offer a flexible corporate office environment.              About the Role:The Facilities and Equipment Maintenance performs day-to-day activities involving the maintenance of the Oxford Distribution center equipment and machinery, including, but not limited to, HVAC, electrical systems, conveyors, forklifts, security and overall facility appearance.Essential Job Functions<ul><li>Maintain function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by performing preventive maintenance program; operating and testing systems and equipment; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure maintenance shop is well organized and stocked with parts frequently needed</li></ul><ul><li>Improve function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by identifying, recommending, and implementing changes, expansions, and additions.</li></ul><ul><li>Participate in construction projects (e.g. renovations, additional shelving, shipping crates)</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal codes and regulations.</li></ul>POSITION SPECIFICATIONSEducation and Certifications, Experience and Skills, and Competencies<ul><li>High school diploma or GED required, with vocational or technical training in Distribution, skilled trade or a related field</li></ul><ul><li>Generally, 3+ years' experience with mechanical and electrical systems, HVAC, and hydraulic/pneumatic system, UPS and boilers, conveyors, high speed sortation and various packing equipment in a fast-paced production environment.</li></ul><ul><li>Previous experience with electrical controllers, electrical trouble shooting and welding preferred.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to effectively accomplish diverse skilled work in the repair and maintenance of equipment and facilities</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to interpret, illustrate, and apply regulation codes and rules.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to carry out operations safely and efficiently; utilize diverse assigned equipment and tools</li></ul>SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONSLifting and/or moving required: RequiredLift and/or move up to (lbs): 50Frequency: FrequentlyBending/stooping/kneeling required: RequiredFrequency: FrequentlyRoutine standing (approximate hrs per day):  8Maneuvering the following types of equipment or machinery: Forklifts ## Conveyor ## Etc.What happens next?If you are interested in this opportunity please apply!
