Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration and 10+ years of experience in real property, real estate policy, facility management, or installation‑level asset management, or Master’s degree and 5+ years of experience in real property, real estate policy, facility management, or installation‑level asset management. In this role, you’ll closely impact Marine Corps real estate governance by tracking enterprise‑level real estate actions, drafting policy based on DoW and statutory guidance, preparing congressional‑level decision packages, supporting audit‑readiness documentation, and delivering training and guidance to Regions and Installations.
