Areas of responsibility include irrigation, grounds, plumbing, electrical, exterior integrity, roof, pools, hot tubs, fitness equipment, elevators, lighting, climate control, boardwalks or piers, beach access, and all other building common equipment. The Facility Manager leads a team of maintenance technicians and custodial staff, and coordinates third-party contractors for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, elevators, pools, amenities and all common equipment.
