Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically from a broad institutional perspective; build, lead, develop, and inspire high-performing multidisciplinary teams; establish collaborative relationships with faculty, staff, students, labor partners, executive leadership, and external stakeholders; and make sound and timely decisions in complex, rapidly changing, and high-pressure environments. The incumbent collaborates extensively with the President's Cabinet, campus leadership, the CSU Chancellor's Office, public agencies, consultants, contractors, developers, and community partners to deliver innovative, sustainable, and fiscally responsible facilities solutions that support the University's teaching, research, student success, and community engagement mission.
