Grounds Maintenance: As needed, clear snow, leaves, and debris from sidewalks, maintain driveways, parking areas, entrances, and passageways, playgrounds spaces, or school property deemed necessary by the Facilities Management team and post warning signs for hazardous conditions. Building Systems Regulation and Maintenance: Work with the facilities management team to regulate and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, and make minor repairs and adjustments to heating & ventilation systems, plumbing systems, and replace light bulbs.
