Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of facility inspection programs, preventive maintenance standards, emergency management processes, and compliance with mechanical, energy, and maintenance requirements. This includes guiding execution of best practices across divisions, optimizing vendor and contractor performance, and ensuring adherence to financial, quality, and regulatory expectations.
