The Success Coach guides students through each phase of work-based learning preparation, placement, participation, and completion while working closely with faculty, employers, and community partners to ensure successful outcomes. This position promotes student persistence, career readiness, credential attainment, and employment success through coaching, resource navigation, employer engagement support, and ongoing case management throughout the students work-based learning journey.
