Monitor and maintain systems such as but not limited to Chilled water, domestic hot/cold water, heating hot water, boiler/steam, building controls, medical gas, compressed air, vacuum, water quality, CMMS, VFD’s, remote monitoring of systems, etc. Include data entry of new assets after the completion of a project such as but not limited to new VAV’s, AHU’s/RTU’s, dampers, motors, pumps, chillers, modifications to the system, cooling towers, compressors, etc.
