Skilled in: Journeyman-level experience in electrical or HVAC and reasonable proficiency in several other trades such as plumbing, carpentry, and other trades related to building maintenance; The proper use and care of tools, materials, and equipment of the building and grounds trades; Interpreting blueprints, drawings, plans, sketches, and specifications; Time management; Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
