Key Responsibilities: Prepares detailed cost estimates and takeoffs for prefabricated components, systems, and assemblies based on design documents and production data, manufacturing inputs, material usage, labor projections, and relevant market conditions, and contributes sections of conceptual, schematic, and detailed budgets specific to prefabrication scopes. Reviews project scope, drawings, and fabrication models to ensure completeness, accuracy, and alignment with production capabilities, and identifies risks and uncertainties related to tolerances, staging, lifting, transportation, and field tie-ins for incorporation into estimating assumptions.
