Leads planning and execution of capital and non-capital construction projects across SFHS and affiliated properties, including scope development, design coordination, cost estimating and budgeting, contractor selection, scheduling, permitting, and construction management from initiation through closeout. Chairs and leads the Environment of Care Committee for SFHS, driving risk assessments, performance improvement initiatives, and multidisciplinary coordination to support safety, emergency preparedness, and overall environment of care compliance.
