Experience: Preferred: Five (5) years of experience facilities management, engineering, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership positionPreferred: Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and regulatory requirements including PSM, RMP, HACCP, and FSMA programsPreferred: Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale facilities and complex engineering systemsPreferred: Bachelors degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field (Masters preferred)Preferred: Strong knowledge of environmental regulations including CAA, CWA, SWPPP, SPCC, RCRA, EPCRAPreferred: Knowledge of sustainability practices and energy management a plusPreferred: Proficiency in English (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with associates and leadership. Coordinate and manage emergency and restoration operations related to storm events, loss of power, flooding, and/or other events for all company locations to ensure public and employee safety and to minimize the impact on operations.
