To direct the evaluation, development and maintenance of control systems pertaining to (human resources, fiscal, operational) management, to monitor use of resources in accordance with plans and budgets, and to provide reports to senior management to assist in their control of communication program resources in their areas of responsibility. Responsibilities: The Maintenance Supervisor will provide leadership to facilities maintenance, provide supervision for the boiler plant, HVAC, energy center, mechanical, electrical, barrier permit/hotwork, supervise of carpentry/generalists, facilities coordinator service center, clinical engineering, and space planning of the organization.
