This position leads a team of maintenance and facilities personnel to ensure that all equipment, building systems, and utilities (including HVAC, compressed air, air handling systems, electrical, chilled water, vacuum, nitrogen system, boilers, and water systems) operate safely, reliably, and efficiently. TPM Expertise – Demonstrated experience implementing and sustaining Total Productive Maintenance systems; able to lead cross-functional TPM activities, develop Autonomous Maintenance, AM teams, and use TPM tools to drive continuous improvement and equipment reliability.
