Key Responsibilities: Lead financial reporting and analysis for the Division of Transplant Medicine, including provider productivity, clinical activity, wRVU performance, cFTE targets, monthly financial results, and other key financial and operational metrics, while providing monthly financial reporting and related analytical support for the Division of Hospital Medicine. Day to day, this individual will build and maintain financial models, monitor key performance trends, partner with division and department leaders, and identify opportunities to strengthen reporting workflows, improve revenue capture, and support responsible stewardship of divisional resources.
