Patient population includes respiratory failure, GI bleeds, DKA, sepsis, complicated post-op patients, CVAs, post-arrest, CHF, COPD, pneumonia, oncology, ortho, and rehab/neuro cases. Float pool position primarily assigned to the ED Holding unit with potential float assignments to ICU, PCU, CCU, Medical, Surgical, and Rehab units within scope of practice.
