Preferred skills: motivated project manager with excellent tracking and reporting skills; experience working with projects tracking systems; a team leader that can coordinate efforts to resolve problems/delays; experience working with NYC government purchasing, contracts, and budgets; experience working with construction and trades vendors; excellent organizational skills; ability to work well with diverse teams and commitment to advancing equity; fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; experience working for a New York City government agency is a strong plus.
