Plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and tile setting: Plumbing assignments involve general maintenance repairs on portable water and sanitary systems and the work may also include repairing pipes and plumbing fixtures which requires experience in soldering, sweating, brazing, and compression and replacing screw-type fittings and plastic piping. These responsibilities include but not limited to personally ensuring that the subordinate supervisors and their staff carryout the following duties and responsibilities: opening and closing schools and facilities, maintaining tools and equipment, and making repairs to plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and tile.
