Reporting to the CMO or CMD, the Staff Physician will provide comprehensive, longitudinal care while partnering with primary care providers, behavioral health, physical therapy, health coaching, and other clinical team members to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. The Staff Physician provides high-quality, evidence-based primary care in a 100% outpatient setting, with a strong focus on prevention, obesity, diabetes, and related cardiometabolic conditions.
