The position partners with technology, product, business, crisis management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business continuity stakeholders to validate recovery requirements, maintain BCDR artifacts, support exercises, assess resiliency gaps, report program health, and drive remediation. Maintain and update technology resilience and BCDR program artifacts, including BIAs, Technology Impact Assessments, recovery plans, runbooks, RTO/RPO targets, service ownership data, and dependency mappings.
