Job Position : Pool Operations Manager Reports To : General Manager, Assistant General Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Summary : Oversees the quality and success of pool operations including the management of the Deck Supervising staff, Golden Teachers and Swim Instructors, as well as the on-deck staff, maintenance of pool environment and interaction with students and parents/guardians. Conducts weekly audits of the Deck Supervisor Rosters, Deck Supervisor Notes, Training Logs, Pump Room Checklist, Cleaning Checklist and Visual Scheduler.
