Under the leadership of the Agency Director, a dynamic executive team with an organizational structure comprised of five (5) service areas - Administrative Services, Behavioral Health Services, Correctional Health Services, Specialized Medical Services and Public Health Services - is committed to meeting the health needs of the diverse Orange County community. oversees support teams responsible for clinical records quality and utilization management (UM) for Behavioral Health Plan (BHP) programs across the continuum of care, managed care, LPS designation, Medi-Cal certification, Behavioral Health Transformation (BHT), Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA) integration, and BH CONNECT incentive program activities.
