p>Qualifications: Current MD/DO license to practice in the state of California, as well as valid DEA, and CPR/ACLS/BLS; Ability to operate independently, alongside your MA and Population Health Coach Bilingual fluency in English/Spanish is preferred (ability to read, write, and speak), Board eligible or board certified (within 6 months of hire), Strong leadership skills and dedication to serving community health care are essential.
Responsibilities:
Communicate, collaborate, and work in a team-oriented environment supporting our model of care Provide full-scope family medicine, chronic disease management, minor surgeries/procedures, prenatal care (low risk OB), family planning, and reproductive health Consult with care teams as needed, and act as supervising physician, providing Medical Doctor oversight for mid-level providers.
