Job Summary: Reporting to the Dean and Chief Artistic Officer, the Artistic Operations Coordinator will be primarily responsible for providing essential administrative support for the Office of the Dean and Chief Artistic Officer, as well as the Conservatory's performance departments, including Jazz & CMA, Voice/Opera, Strings, Woodwinds, Brass, Percussion, Piano, and Composition. A successful candidate will have keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit in working with various departments, including Production and Venue Operations, Scheduling, Marketing and Communications, Advancement and Engagement, and the Office of Executive Leadership.
