Performs comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations of patients referred by physicians and licensed providers, including assessment of ADL/IADL performance, functional mobility, upper extremity function, cognition, perception, and psychosocial status. Essential Job Functions & Accountabilities: Helps patients reach their maximum functional levels by utilizing techniques to improve physical health, prevocational skills, homemaking skills, activities of daily living, educational, recreational, and social activities.
