We would like the nurses to be confident as circulators in multiple service lines and if possible , we would prefer service-line experience in Orthopedics, Vascular, ENT, and Neuro. Our nurses here both circulate and scrub so we would also want candidates to be aware of that expectation and comfortable working within that model!
