Under the direction of the Director of Unhoused, the Housing Supports Worker provides pre-tenancy and tenancy-sustaining services designed to support individuals in securing and maintaining stable housing, developing independent living skills, and working toward achieving their goals and full potential. Assess residents’ daily living skills and based on identified needs, provide instruction and support in budgeting, cooking, laundry, cleaning, shopping, personal hygiene, and self-advocacy.
