As a Resident Assistant you will be at the center of what we do best, caring for the residents with passion and dedication and building meaningful relationships to add values to their lives as you provide scheduled and unscheduled assistance to residents with activities of daily living- all according to departmental and company policy and procedure statements and following individual plans for service. Such services may include helping with activities of daily living (bathing, oral care, grooming, clothing selection, dressing, undressing and changing, toileting, transferring, escorts, laundry, etc.).
