During scheduled daytime clinic weeks, responsibilities include direct medical care of oncology patients, including treatment follow-up, acute symptom management, cancer surveillance and survivorship, coordination of care for hematologic and oncologic conditions, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. The APPs hired into this model will rotate through a structured four-week schedule, working one evening/weekend rotation every four weeks and one daytime clinic rotation every four weeks, with scheduled weeks off between working rotations.
