The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing therapeutic interventions, and monitoring patient progress to restore mobility, reduce pain, improve function, and enhance overall quality of life. Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve activities of daily living (ADLs), instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), mobility, upper extremity function, coordination, cognition, sensory integration, and functional independence.
