Responsibilities:
The Associate Buyer will assist the Buyer(s) with:<ul><li>Developing an overall product strategy that maximizes sales, gross margin, and turn</li><li>Partnering with the E-commerce team to deliver strong performance via the Digital channel</li><li>Collaborating with Marketing to develop rich, product-driven, consumer-centric storytelling</li><li>Working with the Financial Planner to ensure all buys achieve optimized metrics</li><li>Prepping information for all recapping, seasonal planning, and open-to-buy meetings</li><li>Building bottom-up product assortments based on business results and marketplace trends</li><li>Analyzing reports in tandem with Merchandisers for store-level opportunities and liabilities</li><li>Managing a product feature calendar and all sample flow in support of marketing efforts</li><li>Tracking all inbound product from vendor shipment to in-store delivery</li></ul>

Qualifications:

Benefits:
The annual base salary range is $75000 - $80000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
