The ability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts is required and the ability to exhibit "Childlike Happiness" – one of HARIBO's core values, and spread "Childlike Happiness" to our HARIBO retail shop customers by creating a memorable experience for all shoppers is essential. Reporting directly the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager will act as the "manager on duty" in the absence of the Store Manager as well as greet customers, ring up orders at the register, stock shelves, and all other duties aligned to ensure smooth operations and a memorable customer experience.
