This role provides hands-on leadership for the design, development, governance, optimization, and support of Workday reporting and analytics solutions, while ensuring appropriate security and access to workforce data. The role partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, Workforce Planning, IT Security, Compliance, Internal Audit, Data & Analytics, and business leaders to translate business requirements into sustainable Workday solutions.
