This includes gathering field requirements from customers: Listen, understand and convey customer requirements; Create online diagrams, wiring diagrams, and work instructions for MV & LV switchgear, motor control centers, and power distribution centers (PDC); Provide technical support for the integration of Generac products with third party supplied equipment (Building Management, Transfer Switch/Switchgear, Energy Management, and Utility protection relays). The Field Project Engineer-Data Centers is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction on all levels of project execution by providing remote & on-site project management, technical support, installation and sales support of various Industrial power generation equipment.
