Knowledge of: Effective methods of supervising and training personnel; survey principles and practices as applied to preliminary, legal, land, construction, topographic, geodetic, and photogrammetric surveys; mathematics through trigonometry as applied to surveying; the general principles of the subdivision of land and the Subdivision Map Act; the State Coordinate System. • Review pending jobs and supervise the assembly of all survey information including, but not limited to, construction and design plans, tract maps, parcel maps, right-of-way, minor land division cases, corner records, and records of survey needed to accomplish survey work.
