The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Independently evaluate field activities to identify hazards, assess compliance risk, and verify that hazards are properly controlled per the established HSE framework through proactive engagement with site personnel and observation of worksite activities. This position uses discretion and independent judgment to identify hazards, advise operations leadership, recommend corrective actions, escalate significant compliance or safety concerns, and support decisions that protect employees, customers, contractors, equipment, and business operations.
