<h2>Finance Manager</h2><h3>Let’s talk about the role</h3><p>We’re looking for a <strong>Finance Manager</strong> who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, leading a team, and helping the business make smart, informed decisions. In this role, you’ll oversee core accounting operations while partnering closely with leadership to turn financial data into meaningful insight.</p><p>If you’re someone who loves bringing structure to complexity, enjoys mentoring others, and wants your work to directly influence business outcomes, this could be a great next step in your career.</p><h3>What You’ll Be Doing</h3><p>As our Finance Manager, you’ll be a trusted financial leader responsible for:</p><ul><li><p>Leading day-to-day accounting activities and the month-end close for our parent company and subsidiaries</p></li><li><p>Managing cash, banking relationships, credit card programs, and cash forecasting</p></li><li><p>Creating weekly financial dashboards that highlight cash position, forecasts, and key performance metrics</p></li><li><p>Overseeing subsidiary accounting, consolidations, and both stand-alone and consolidated financial statements</p></li><li><p>Preparing financial reporting and gross profit analysis for leadership and the Board of Directors</p></li><li><p>Supporting sales and use tax filings, regulatory submissions, unclaimed property, and 1099 compliance</p></li><li><p>Playing a key role in audit readiness, internal controls, and financial compliance</p></li><li><p>Partnering with finance leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis</p></li><li><p>Leading or supporting ERP enhancements and financial system improvements</p></li><li><p>Providing ad hoc analysis, KPI reporting, and financial modeling to support business needs</p></li><li><p>Leading, coaching, and developing a team of accountants through mentorship and collaboration</p></li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><p>You’ll be successful in this role if you bring:</p><ul><li><p>A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA, CPA, or CMA strongly preferred)</p></li><li><p>At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including supervising or mentoring others</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance requirements</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with general ledger management, fixed assets, and month-end close</p></li><li><p>Comfort working with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills</p></li><li><p>A problem-solving mindset and the ability to turn numbers into clear, actionable insights</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first approach</p></li><li><p>The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and detail-oriented</p></li></ul><h3>Work Environment & Flexibility</h3><ul><li><p>This position may have the option to work in a Hybrid capacity</p></li><li><p>Flexible scheduling within the office workweek</p></li><li><p>No travel required</p></li></ul><h3>Why You’ll Like Working Here</h3><p>We offer more than just a job—we offer the chance to make an impact.
