The position requires a hands-on approach to financial management, reporting, and process improvement.</div><div><br/></div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations</li><li>Oversee cash management, disbursements, and cash flow planning</li><li>Perform month-end close and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports</li><li>Coordinate audit activities and liaise with auditors and internal teams</li><li>Work with external tax preparers and support budgeting and financial planning</li><li>Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes</li><li>Complete ad-hoc financial projects as needed</li></ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting required</li><li>Minimum of 8 years of experience, including manufacturing industry experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of GAAP and general tax principles</li><li>Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)</li><li>Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills</li><li>High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities</li></ul>

<div><strong>Finance and Accounting Billing Clerk</strong><br/><strong>Pay Rate: </strong>$13.00/hour</div><div><br/></div><div><strong>Position Summary:</strong><br/>The Billing Clerk is responsible for processing billing activities related to foreign carriers, government shipments, and storage charges. This role ensures accurate and timely billing, supports driver compensation processes, and maintains proper documentation for all transactions.</div><div><br/></div><div><strong> Duties:</strong></div><ul><li>Ensure lease drivers and owner operators are paid accurately and on time</li><li>Collaborate with service centers and dispatchers to ensure all required documents are received, scanned, and processed promptly</li><li>Resolve issues related to billing, driver pay, and shipment data entry across systems to ensure accurate revenue and payroll calculations</li><li>Process all military LHS billing for government and foreign carriers</li><li>Verify hauling paperwork for proper signatures and documentation of additional services</li><li>Audit weight tickets and confirm that hauling data is accurately entered into all required systems to ensure proper shipment rating</li><li>Review end-of-day billing reports for accuracy before transmitting and posting</li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned</li></ul><div><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Familiarity with internal software systems</li><li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to operate a 10-key calculator</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel</li></ul><div>Personnel Resources is an equal opportunity employer </div><div><br/></div><div>#CL </div>
