Under the general direction of the Vice President for Information Technology/Chief Information Officer (VPIT/CIO), the Senior Manager, IT Business Operations provides division-level leadership for financial management, human resources administration, procurement and contracts, executive-office operations, organizational strategy, and external and auxiliary partnerships. Overview of Duties and Responsibilities: Direct the IT division's administrative and human resources operations, including workforce planning, recruitment administration, personnel management, organizational development, records management, and administrative service delivery.
