Under direction of the Finance Director to record and maintain accurate financial records of the Heathy Start Coalition through professional fiscal analysis, budgeting, fiscal management, and planning while adhering to generally accepted principles of accounting and all financial, regulatory, legal, and contract requirements. Accurately prepares, processes and records purchase orders, purchases, payments, payroll, grant expenditures, deposits, journal entries, review all mileage reports, copier reports, postage expenses, etc. for accuracy.
