This direct care position assists consumers with personal care, daily living activities, meal preparation, mobility, housekeeping, and community engagement while promoting independence, dignity, safety, and quality of life. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or designated supervisor, the Home Health Aide helps maintain a safe and supportive environment and promptly reports any changes in a consumer's health or well-being.
