This role serves as the primary liaison between Financial Planning, Advisory, Operations, Technology, and external vendor partners to ensure solutions effectively support business objectives, advisor productivity, and client outcomes. Partner with key stakeholders, Technology, Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS), Operations, Compliance, vendors, and end users to understand business needs, identify pain points, and drive successful delivery outcomes.
