A Team Leader is expected to develop their verbal, written and electronic communication skills, organizational and follow up skills, ability to prioritize, solve problems, share in helping achieve the restaurant's mission statement, purpose, and goals. By studying smart, lean manufacturing principles used in other industries, we have created new ways to serve our guests the freshest food possible while reducing food waste.
