Two main locations:<ul><li>W Greenbush</li><li>Fairy St</li></ul>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Installs all types of wall coverings and finishes including paint, wallpaper, vinyl, trim work, and borders.</li><li>Finishes, sands, and primes drywall.</li><li>Paints, varnishes, and stains building surfaces, equipment, and fixtures with appropriate finish materials.</li><li>Repairs damaged walls and wall coverings.</li><li>Performs basic layout design, ordering, and estimating of jobs.</li><li>Maintains inventory, stock, and supplies.</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li></ul>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Trade experience in finishing, painting, or graphic arts preferred.</li><li>Must have the ability to exhibit good visual acuity with full color perception.</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED required.</li><li>Requires current knowledge of various federal, state, local OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and Joint Commission codes and regulations.</li><li>May require a valid Indiana drivers license with proof of insurance.</li><li>May be required to furnish own hand tools.</li><li>Requires a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.</li></ul>We are an equal opportunity employer.
