We are driven by a mission to rethink how buildings are designed, fabricated, and delivered, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and sustainability. DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and dependable Drywall Finisher to join our production team.  This role is responsible for finishing drywall surfaces to a high quality standard in a controlled manufacturing environment.Job Responsibilities<ul style="margin-top:0in;margin-bottom:0in"><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11pt;font-family:'aptos' , sans-serif">Tape, mud, and finish drywall seams and joints.  </li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11pt;font-family:'aptos' , sans-serif">Apply joint compound, sanding, and smoothing surfaces</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11pt;font-family:'aptos' , sans-serif">Repair imperfections. </li><li style="line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 8pt 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'aptos' , sans-serif">Use measurement tools to ensure accuracy and alignment.</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 8pt 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'aptos' , sans-serif">Maintain tools, materials, and a clean, organized work area. </li><li style="line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 8pt 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'aptos' , sans-serif">Collaborate with team members to meet production goals </li><li style="line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 8pt 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'aptos' , sans-serif">Inspect finished surfaces to ensure quality standards are met. </li><li style="line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 8pt 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'aptos' , sans-serif">Perform other tasks as assigned. </li></ul>Job Skills & Qualifications<ul style="margin-top:0in;margin-bottom:0in"><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11pt;font-family:'aptos' , sans-serif">2 years of drywall finishing experience.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11pt;font-family:'aptos' , sans-serif">Knowledge of drywall finishing techniques, tools, and materials.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11pt;font-family:'aptos' , sans-serif">Ability to read and use basic measurement tools accurately.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11pt;font-family:'aptos' , sans-serif">Experience using hand and power tools.</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 8pt 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'aptos' , sans-serif">Ability to lift up to 50 -75 lbs and perform physical work for extended periods.</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 8pt 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'aptos' , sans-serif">Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 8pt 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'aptos' , sans-serif">Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 8pt 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'aptos' , sans-serif">Ability to work independently and in a team environment.</li></ul>Benefits:BLOX offers the full spectrum of comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance. EQUIPMENT / TOOLS USED Some of the equipment and tools used are basic departmental hand tools and personal protective equipment. Also may include computer and scanning. KNOWLEDGE EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED required OTHER: Safe work practices, general knowledge of mechanical operations. WORK EXPERIENCE WHAT TYPES? Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. HOW MUCH? 6-12 months.
